Thought it would be a good idea to start a thread about how to report "bad sites" (phlishing, spam etc) to the proper authorities through email!

How to report to other registrars? I have tried "abuse@" (namecheap, namesilo, etc).. I am getting a TON of SMS spam which originate from email addresses of newly registered domains (usually the same day!) and mostly at NameCheap.com as well as NameSilo.com... the response I received was to contact the FCC. I sent them screen shots, the could shut down the email and investigate but they wont. So the proliferation of spam continues.

Any other ideas on how to stop this? Its maddening...

It has never stopped. Yet another, right now, spamming me on my phone via text message. This one, however, exposed its phone number whereas 99.9% of Namecheap spam doesnt. Once again, useless to report this to [email protected] which is what one would think that email address would be to send ABUSE reports to. So I thought I would post again here to see if others receive this BS stuff on their phones...

Domain: p6xrm.info
Registrar: Namecheap (as all of these spams are)

I really wish Namecheap would take this seriously and shut down these sites when they are reported to them with plenty of evidence showing they are being used for spam and phishing....
