It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
RLE.com, a 3 letter .com, and 2 other domain names with "some cash" thrown in is too good a deal in exchange for $121,800.

Based off @Future Sensors nameserver report of the domains epik tried to sell (to a select group) via email blast in September 2022, my guess of the three domains traded to @create.com were: Niv.com, RLE.com, and Sniff.com*.

*Sniff.com appears to have been sold already.

niv.com,ns1.eftydns.com. ns2.eftydns.com
rle.com,ns1.eftydns.com. ns2.eftydns.com
sniff.com,ns1.eftydns.com. ns2.eftydns.com.

Perhaps if there were more cases like Adkisson V Epik, such as Oxley V Epik, then maybe the sale of epik.com would have been halted, Brian Royce wouldn't be credited by Epik LLC as saving the company, and the pressure would still be on Epik to make masterbucks victims whole before a registrar sale was allowed to proceed.

Rob Monster might have made a bunch of bad mistakes, but he worked tirelessly for the last 9 months behind the scenes to make this deal happen and Brian Royce worked nonstop around the clock trying to save Epik and both tried as hard as possible to help as many clients as possible.

The strategy was to make sure that persons likely to have the wherewithal to pursue legal action were taken care of, at the expense of all of the smaller customers. That's why I had said, very early on, that having the victims somehow "team up" to a consolidated pursue action was not a good idea for the larger victims, since there was probably only a limited pool of resources to go around anyway.

Since RLE.com is alleged to be a stolen domain, what are the odds the other two domains (assumed to be sniff.com and niv.com) involved in the trade are also tainted?

Edit (added): Is it also assumed that any cash Epik used to pay Brent in the NDA settlement was also stolen money from masterbucks?

As #epikFail was able to show RLE.com pushed from [email protected] acct to epikescrow acct, it would be interesting to learn how Epik came about acquiring Sniff.com and Niv.com.

Sniff.com:

-- Since at least 2009 (earliest domainIQ entry): sniff.com looks to have been owned by [email protected] at eNom

-- January 2018: sniff.com moved from [email protected] at enom to [email protected] at Namecheap

-- November 2018: Sniff.com domainIQ entry u der WHOIS privacy at nameCheap.

-- May 2021: DomainIQ entry shows sniff.com moved from nameCheap to Epik under anonymize privacy. WHOIS update date is 03 April 2020, so possibly moved to Epik before May 2021.

-- At some point it goes from Epik to NameCheap (likely Oxley) but how did Epik come about gaining control of Sniff.com?

...

Niv.com

-- 2008 (earliest domainIQ entry) historical WHOIS shows [email protected] at netSol

-- 2012 historical WHOIS changes to West bluff reality and property management at NetSol

-- 2014 historical WHOIS moves to full privacy at NetSol

-- 2016 looks to have been transferred from NetSol to Epik.

-- Similar story, at some point Niv.com goes from Epik to NameCheap (likely Oxley) but how did Epik come about gaining control of Niv.com?

...

*** Epik/Rob went on record with the BC30.com fiasco admitting to warehousing domains. So it is possible these domains expired, and rather than auctioning them, Epik simply warehoused them for in-house inventory. But this should be fact checkable in the #EpikFail logs with transfer/push timestamps aligning with whois expiration date.

You will never sell this

That was a joke, of course. The name is awesome for anything religious/spiritual and many use it in some form. Rob can ruin anything good he touches.

WOW! Looks like I have a bunch of drama to catch up on but here's another tire to throw in the trash fire.

Rob Monster's personal detective, internet harasser and enforcer, Joey Camp, is embroiled in some kind of murder(s) for hire situation South of the border. This has to be made into a movie.

If you guys have Netflix I’m watching the documentary The Antisocial Network right now. They have Kirtaner on a lot and they just showed Rob Monster and him. Talking about the Epik hack

Yeah, I need to check that out but haven't had a chance yet.

Who is [email protected]?

Representative.com appears to be owned by World Media Group (World.com). A few years back member @tonecas posted a legendary thread how email addresses that seem to be connected to World Media Group (World.com) were allegedly hijacking NetSol domains:

https://www.namepros.com/threads/th...d-network-solutions-hijacked-domains.1070992/

According to DomainIQ.com, historical WHOIS for RLE.com shows the registrant email changed while at NetSol from:

11 January 2016: [email protected]

To

17 January 2016: [email protected]

The 17 January 2016 entry has a WHOIS updated date of: 2016-01-12T06:45:01Z

...

On another note, @bmugford had posted RLE.com in this thread after he reposted a list of domains epik was attempting to sell. That list was originally sent to @Michele Dinoia on September 20th, 2022.

Whoa!

Apparently the transfer of RLE.com to Epik was done via a Moscow IP address and paid in Bitcoin?

👀👇👀

I don't know if it's fair to say the domain was transferred in by the plaintiff though.

I don't see how a Russian IP address and Bitcoin payment tanks the imposter claim.

FWIW, I tried emailing the [email protected] email address but it bounced back; received an address not found error. Possibly deleted?

Excellent comments by @jberryhill on the DomainNameWire article in response to Brent Oxley.

No one is going to touch a reported stolen domain with this toxic history.

I don't think an NDA involving the exchange of knowingly stolen goods is very strong.

Brad
>> No one is going to touch a reported stolen domain with this toxic history.
This is why I like the fact that ConfirmedStolen(.com) publishes a list of stolen (and previously stolen) domain names.

Sadly, no response from SEO Bill “Ask me anything” so far. For now, I'll assume it was yet another "subtle" way to promote and rank one of his websites in Google.

Not very subtle imo. I wouldn't trust him at all.

I generally don't trust SEO people. He's taking it to another level though.

It's admirable in some way, yet full of shit.

masterbucks.com stop now .

For those more technicaly savvy then me, could masterbucks.com not working be related to federatedidentity.com nameservers being switched to cloudflare?

MasterBucks.com switched to: amy.ns.cloudflare.com | christian.ns.cloudflare.com on est. July 3rd, 2023.

Federatedidentity.com switched to: amy.ns.cloudflare.com | christian.ns.cloudflare.com on est. April 5th, 2024.

Federatedidentity.com was set to expire on April 13th, 2024, but WHOIS was updated on April 8th, 2024 with a new 2025 expiration.

Masterbucks.com subdomains on cloudflare such as (my.masterbucks.com) receive a SSL Handshake error and masterbuck subdomains such as (admin.masterbucks.com) receive the same resource not found error as masterbucks.com

Masterbucks.com subdomains on terrahost such as (cpanel.masterbucks.com and webmail.masterbucks.com) do resolve.

Federatedidentity subdomains on cloudFlare such as (mail.federatedidentity.com) receive the same resource not found error that masterbucks.com forwards to.

@Chris Hydrick

We can do extensive research on this, but unfortunately the fact is that the Masterbucks / Federated Identity websites have been poorly maintained for some time now. I'm not at all surprised that it no longer works, which probably suits the owner just fine.

But why they are redirecting? Are they going to launch new portal to start withdrawal?

I think masterbucks always redirected to federatedidentity.com for SSO (single sign on) purposes. Since federatedidentity is down, that would in turn make masterbucks down.

Imagine if masterbucks.com still used epik.com login when epik.com is said to be owned by a completely new and separate entity. Hence the separation.
