It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

It looks like the plaintiff's attorney didn't know how to deal with the domain name piece of it.

In October 2022, the name is transferred from Epik to Namecheap:

...so it looks like Rob managed to make a sale:

Yes. Visited the domain name and saw that it's now for sale by Oxley.com (Brent Oxley?)

The initial filing you attached showed that Robert Lee and his lawyer asking for the domain name to be returned.

But the judgement did not say anything about the domain name. Hence, my question.

His near eidetic memory had me clouded. There are special rewards for those who use Jesus Christ and Christianity for deception and personal gain. Some of those rewards will come in this life.

Thank you @jberryhill for taking the time to post this info. I still have over xx,xxx 'missing'.

That's fine. Tell you what. Matthew 6:19-21 says to store up your treasures in Heaven. So, in the meantime, you can send me all your money in this life, to keep you out of bad decisions and trouble. Because the one thing that pretty much all religions seem to agree on is God needs money. For whatever reason, God needs it from you instead of just getting a real job.

So, that's it, that's my message: God wants you to send me money. He told me so.

There are many gods out there...we all get to choose which one(s) we serve. :xf.wink:

Seems I touched a nerve with you...my post wasn't about religion in any form other that to share how little Bobby Monster drew me in. Others were drawn in through other methods, it seems he had a knack for reading people and finding their buttons. My experience with him goes back to the DigitalTown days.

However, I'd gladly send you some money if you think it is worth chasing after him to get those Masterbucks converted to something spendable.

Who is [email protected]?

Representative.com appears to be owned by World Media Group (World.com). A few years back member @tonecas posted a legendary thread how email addresses that seem to be connected to World Media Group (World.com) were allegedly hijacking NetSol domains:

https://www.namepros.com/threads/th...d-network-solutions-hijacked-domains.1070992/

According to DomainIQ.com, historical WHOIS for RLE.com shows the registrant email changed while at NetSol from:

11 January 2016: [email protected]

To

17 January 2016: [email protected]

The 17 January 2016 entry has a WHOIS updated date of: 2016-01-12T06:45:01Z

...

On another note, @bmugford had posted RLE.com in this thread after he reposted a list of domains epik was attempting to sell. That list was originally sent to @Michele Dinoia on September 20th, 2022.

I think Batman (Robert "real name" Monster) was removed from CEO duties in September 2022.

Robin (Brian "rolls" Royce) was appointed CEO in September 2022.

Hence, it looks like Brian managed to make a sale.

Brent Oxley (@create.com) responded in the comment section.

Brent Oxley says
April 11, 2024 at 1:53 pm

Rob Monster is indeed a thief and stole $121,800 from me! I purchased a domain name that he failed to deliver, and when I asked for the cash back I was informed the money was already used to cover other debts.

I have an NDA in place as part of the settlement, so unfortunately, I am limited in the details that I can provide.

I will say that I agreed to trade 3 domains, including rle.com, and some cash to settle the $121,800 that Rob stole from me.

This is the first I heard anything about rle.com’s history, and I never would have accepted it as partial payment had I known.

Hopefully, the law catches up with Rob one of these days and he serves time in prison!

Thanks @Lox

You're correct.

Other @representative.com email addresses have been reported in scams not related to domain names.

I wonder if the RLE.com domain owner could have included World Media Group in the suit in order to subpoena information regarding the registrant of [email protected].

But based off Brent Oxleys reply, it seems that epik, not the alleged the thief, may have ultimately been the only entity who profited from the 2022 sale/trade of RLE.com

If Brent returns the domain to the RLE.com owner, then I assume the settlement Brent had would be nullified if deemed epik sold Brent a stolen domain?

His near eidetic memory had me clouded.
Went over his memory earlier in the thread. I asked him years ago if he had a photographic memory because he seemed to remember lots of religious scriptures.

Again, the video below he gives away the game starting at the 2:45 mark, where he said:

He filled 2 libraries, became diligent scholar of all kinds of belief systems:
evil
good
masonry
occult
magic
witchcraft
later he said he was a messianic Jew

When he said that, I was like damn he's pretty devious. He could go to a forum on masonry, witchcraft etc. and fit right in, speak the lingo, just like he did with Christianity here. Came to Christianity late in life because what he was doing was failing and claiming Christian gets you instant support. Easy angle to fool people. His spamming the Prayer Thread should have been another big clue.

2. If Brent returns the domain

1. Who took the cookies from the E cookie Jar? Epik? RM? ... maybe not! Did RM fall in with the wrong brains? Sure!

2. ... $250K, $500K, $M ? Cloudy skies with rain showers

No one is going to touch a reported stolen domain with this toxic history.

I don't think an NDA involving the exchange of knowingly stolen goods is very strong.

I'm hesitant to 'like' the RoyceQuote post as I always feel like a dunce whenever I fall for a fake quote.

But Royce was a character, and Epik quotes tend to age as well as a Diddy quote. So I'm inclined to belief that's an authentic RoyceRolled.

A lot of people who had deals with Rob Monster seems to not be above board themselves.

RLE.com, a 3 letter .com, and 2 other domain names with "some cash" thrown in is too good a deal in exchange for $121,800.

Plus, why would anyone agree to an NDA with someone that stole their money?

If the thief insists on an NDA before making you whole for what he stole, I doubt that such an NDA would be enforced by any court.

Plus, how can a broke criminal like Rob Monster afford a lawyer to enforce the NDA in the first place?

Now that the issue is in public, what is Oxley going to do about the domain name?

Epik had a lot of shady deals with people who should know better. Then when the deal becomes public, they claim to be ignorant or innocent.
