where did u sold it or was it an inbound / outboundI've been doing really well with 4 and 5 letter domains these last few months. My latest sale this week was ###Falab###com### for $2,500
They contacted me, those are the sales where you get fair market value. I used to look for 5 letter names that were pronounceable, things that would make a great band name, and I also invested into anything to do with the flooring industry. I built those sites out to become lead generating sites.
My main ConcretePolishing.com site was attacked with negative SEO a couple years back, tons of Russian porn site links, but my guys stuck with me! Remember, not everyone who smiles while listening to your achievements is planning on congratulating you.
Now when buyers contact me I just sell my domains for a reasonable price. I did well, and I didn't buy a yacht or a nice F430, but I was tempted. When you live below your means, life gets pretty easy
12 years ago I loved 4 and 5 letter domains because everyone was fighting over the three letter domains, and you could get great 4&5 names for reg fee. Those days are gone, but today there seems to be different opportunities that are just as lucrative.
Don’t underestimate the potential of 5 and 6 letter pronounceable names.
I like names that easily roll off the tongue, that people can spell back to me correctly after hearing it. I think that's half the battle.
Nobody offering for my 5l.. dghtr.com.... any idea?
Kecop.com any potential?
