Hello NP. So I finally took a leap of faith and finally started an NP domain auction. I have to admit. I was quite hesitant seeing the dismal final sold prices at these auctions. I figured it was pointless. I've been on here for a while and never did post domains for auction. I've noticed the "slick" ways people set up their auctions.
I think my first mistake was not putting in the title headers words like "No Reserve" or "Starting $1"
That usually gets eyes on it. But paranoid me of course thinks "well what if I only get a $1" bid? that would suck royally now wouldn't it?
Especially if I didn't reg for those dotster $1.99 specials in the past.
Is it just me who worries about this? how do you domainers handle it? like how do you justify in your heads risking putting your domains at auction on NP only to be sold for $1?
I don't about you but I'd probably shoot myself in the face! lol
But thank God the ones I've listed were from those Netfirms $1.99 specials.
I might change the "reserve" price in a bit but I'll leave it till someone complains or no bids come in.
So how do you Domain Hot Shots do it?
