Well as far as promotions, I have this to offer as an example:

Content and Design would of course be based on what the site is about and the needs of the owner.

One good thing about the promotions part is that I will not only provide unique hits to the site, but it will be based on the type of traffic the owner would like. So a website based on Sports would have visitors that are interested in sports.
