Agree.
It's obviously worth something to the owner, as there IS a page/site on this one, a case where good, popular, promoted (developed) content can outweigh the relative low value of the ".TV" extension, in general.
If it were mine, I'd rather have: http://www.missworldtv.com

Miss World pageant coverage, in most of the cases is copyrighted. So even if one developes it, would face many problems to provide coverage. Anyhow, instead of developing it a Miss World pageant related website, it may work nicely as a traffic-catcher for some (may be a beautician or cosmetics) website. In any case, a nice name to hold.
