It's kind of accepted (by some) metrics of trust and popularity from two different resources - Majestic and Open Site Explorer. You can google it if curious.

PR is a page rank which is not really telling much today as it did a while ago. Still, it tells about the quality/quantity of other relevant resources pointed to the pages of this domain.
