or you can also try a free phpBB forum and get some mods/skins at phpbbhacks.com

I agree. And where are you planning to host this forum Dark Desi Thug? Angelfire won't allow it. I would suggest a free account at www.t35.com and install a flat file message board such as NavBoard (http://navarone.f2o.org/) since t35 does not allow phpbb or mysql, only flat file mbs. NavBoard is easy to customize also. Perhaps do a google search on free message board skins. A message board that looks like this isn't easy, don't expect to find a simple solution.
