Got my second domain sale today! New Orleans + 2 keywords .com for $300.00 to end user. I emailed 28 companies and got a call and closed the deal.

If you check the Lambo case, he got successfully udrpd even though the domain was registered in 2000.

It doesn't matter when the domain was registered first. It matters when you got it.

The domain has been registered on 29.01 and on the same day I listed it via Sedo, Dan and was going to list it via Afternic, but it was already listed there and I forgot to contact their support and generally forgot about this name. Only at the end of the March I remembered and listed it for $199. About a week before the sale I checked a similar domain (6 words, without "Phone"), and it turned out that it was regged the next day after my registration. So I decided to increase the price.

I wouldn't read into this sale too much, or try to replicate it.

It is a phrase that people use, "who called me" websites are surprisingly lucrative, and @Timkh priced it well and didn't get greedy. But its probably the only 30 char or 7 word sale we'll ever see on this thread.

I hate the “portfolio size” question, awful, irrelevant, extraneous, and no matter how kindly it is asked; it marginalizes the sale. Clearance / EOL sale. Purchased at GoDaddy / closeouts for $20 (including reg fee), hold time 11+ months.

P.S. Don't ask me why I bought this domain. And even spent more than the minimal $5 on it....?! I really have no idea why. Good that at least it pays for other renewals.

Weirder even: Since then, for unexplainable reasons I was always 100% sure this particular domain will sell at discount before expiry, and it did. Notably, have far better names that don't.

Sometimes I'm lost at understanding both myself, and the world. ( You too, ever...? )

Who knew you can misspell more than one “L” word.

Avoid Lyft domains, noobs (not you, dot.us : ) but Lyfe reminds me of “Lyft” in the same misspelled manner. Nice to know there’s a deeper meaning behind “Lyfe”
