Our most feature packed release, 1.4.0, went out the door Monday (Jan 6th 2003).

Read up on the new features here:
http://www.cerberusweb.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=1349

A few key features added:
* E-mail templates with merge fields
* Customizable ticket views (pick the columns + queues you want to see)
* Parser mail rules (defined more in the above post)

Our new public tools are released -- check the downloads area.

For January 2003 (the project anniversary) we've posted some special prices on the site:

The $299 (1) domain unlimited queue version is now $199.

Additional domains on any license are only $99/ea -- no reoccuring costs -- no per user costs.

These specials apply to existing clients as well. Upgrade your 1 domain 3 queue key (previously $149) to unlimited queues for only $50.

-----------
We're always getting the question:
"What exactly is a queue?"

Think departments: Billing, Customer Service, Sales, Tech Support, etc.

The "Billing" queue may be fed by: [email protected] and [email protected].

You can assign staff members to any number of queues. Hide the queues you don't want them to see or be distracted by (e.g., billing receipts from support staff). Assign read-only, write, or no access rights on each queue for each user.
-----------

Cerberus Helpdesk - Enterprise strength e-mail management with a visually and functionally optimized interface.

Starting at $49.

Looks Impressive! :)

If only it had a built in client area with some type of billing integration. ;)

Is there a demo for the Public User Tools?

I would like to see the End-User Interface.

Thanks! That makes it even more impressive. :)

One more question:

Is there any plans to add some type of billing integration built in with it or with the Public User Tools in the future?

Hey there,

That's totally possible.

IM/PM/email me. I'd love to hear your ideas!

Thanks!
