I have a domain-website that's been operating for more than 20 years.

However given such certain factors, as: lack of content-updating across a large number of pages, being far out of Google Search Console specs, also wanting to appeal to potential buyers out of its current industry class (which AI now strongly presents) and more ...

..I'd really rather not do a lander page and keep as a site until sold, releasing domain only. That of course means dramatically fewer hit inquiries.

Presently it is listed at Sedo which has a non-exclusive - but what might be a nice 2nd place to list?

Ask is $150k plus.

- Much appreciate some of NP wisdom here 👍

Try Flippa and/or Odys
Just listed a website biz on Flippa last night!

Didn't know they appeal to higher dollar names but will definitely look into along with Odys - whom I've never heard of.

I know Flippa requires exclusive for greater than $25k valuations for what I just listed. But, do you happen to know where they stand for strictly domains (same for Odys)?

Contacted Odys . Over a week ago without a response. Anyone else come to mind?

My website business sale is getting exposure on Flippa. But I think that's what they're mainly there for.

The domain I want to list is 50K plus.

I’ve had good success selling content sites through Investors Club. They’ll value at a good multiple and have a solid list of buyers.

This is for domain name only, as mentioned in OP

Ah I was confused, I thought you just wanted to keep the site running until the entire thing was sold.

Most everywhere wants that lander page, which these platforms rely on to funnel in selling exposure.

I spent years developing this site and don't want to take it down unless the domain sells, for another purpose.
