Wheredo-i.com.au is an Australian Business Directory with a nice clean, simple design and has been around for 2.5 years.
Businesses sign up online and everything is automated so you really don't have to spend much time on the customer side of things, but the site could do with some marketing.

I am selling this website as I am a small one man band and do not have the resources to enable the site to grow in the way it should.
Currently we have about 1550 Businesses listed on the site, most of them Free listings from the early days when we offered Free and Paid listings.
Revenues of $5,000AUD/year (4,200USD/year) from business listings which are worth $100AUD/year.
