Namecheap have a birthday deal at $11.98 (+$0.18) on APP TRANSFERs if of interest (code BDAYTRANSFER), not too different from regular at some other places. The wholesale price from Google is $12.00 + ICANN fee and essentially never discounted it seems, so doubt will find prices much below that.
