The biggest lesson for new domain investors to learn is the mounting cost of renewals. Don't assume you can sell domains the first year. 1,000 domains will cost you over $100,000 over ten years just to renew them. You will be amazed how fast you end up with 1,000 domains. Therefore keeping domains listed for only $200 is not profitable.
