You simply login and grab the url to redirect your domain to. Use your existing DNS.

We pay for every unique visit not a click thru. So all you do is point your domain name to your affiliate URL and get paid for every unique IP. PPC pay you if only someone clicks on a search term. Our program would be a much better fit if you have a domain name that's not highly targeted. For example: if you had shoes.com than you would certainly want to use a PPC but if you have a domain such as freeshoes.com or redsky.com you would benefit greatly from our program instead of a PPC.

It really does not matter since we pay you per CPM and not per click. As long as your traffic is mostly English you're OK.
