If it were undeveloped, I'd say high $xx, but considering the fact that it is developed, it should be worth quite a bit more than that. Just how much more would depend greatly on how much traffic you are getting.

I like the website, it's pretty straightforward. I think you need a logo of some sort, but that has nothing to do with the value.
I think you could get low to mid $xxx out of it right now, more if you could show a potential buyer good traffic results.
