I noticed that my competitor tld-list.com has a new registrar spaceship.com.

$3.08 .COM registration, limit 1 per customer
Promo code: COM67
For the promo to work, you need to first create an account on their website.

Spaceship American ICANN Registrar:

Has very low attendance at the moment:

And has no reviews on trustpilot.

I asked them a few questions last week. Unfortunately they still haven't responded. Perhaps their support is not very good.

I decided to give Spaceship a try and used the COMPROS $2.88 promo code.
I got the following error...



I tried different browsers and different devices, got the same issue every time.
I am not using a proxy or VPN.

I hopped on chat with support and they said "sorry, there is nothing we can do, you will have to go ahead without the promo code."

I ended up registering the domain without a promo code.

This is not a great first impression - will you guys honour your marketing by at least refunding the difference in account credit?
