Those are ultra premiums. Most probably the registrar need to make an inquiry to the registry specifically for that domain.

There is no generic best approach. Every domain should be handled differently unless your are talking about bulk domains that share the same concept (eg. all 4Ls or all sharing the same keyword, etc.)

Are you using Bodis NS? My landers look fine but I'm using Above.com's NS to direct traffic to Bodis.
I would check myself but I don't think I have any domains with Bodis NS.
