Although the Respondent did not respond, the WIPO Panelist noted that the domain name’s registration date (2018) predates that of the Complainant’s mark registration in 2020. As the domain’s WHOIS information remains private, the Respondent in this case is Dan.com’s escrow services in the Netherlands.
