Suggestions to Protect Graphic Designers at NP

This poll was borne out of the need to prevent and stop scammers from ripping us Graphics Designers of our hardwork and manhours doing our entries for logo, banner and other graphic design contests. I have taken these suggestions from posts of some Npers who wanted to solve once and for all the problem with these scammers who entice us to post entries and yet never pay in the end.. I took the time of preparing this poll to determine what most NP prefer to consider a policy to protect the interest of Graphic Designers.
