It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

All the data for right wing dissidents now in the hands of Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama until proven otherwise.
Derek, can you elaborate more on this please? Maybe the stupid question, I understand. Just a curiosity from non-US citizen or resident. After the hack, any interested party could obtain enough data. But why would Clinton or Obama personally care about this (relatively small) registrar, or any other registrar, as if they do not have access to all sorts of classified information already...

Monster's whole affinity grift was based on tricking all the right side folks to use his services. Now, forget about hacking, some unknown POS has control of all that data in real time. So everyone should assume it is either China or Hillary Clinton.

Rob Monster is a trader and deserves what he gets and so do these new owners. My hands were loosed yesterday and now I am going to get serious. Boomer lawyers think they can hide behind LLCs. We'll see about that.

Btw, since Epik is now sold, what happened with 3rd party investments like that of Braden Pollock?

Well said.

"Essentially, they've just attempted to wash their hands of all payment obligations."
The keyword is "attempted".
As much as "they" try to wash "themselves" of the debts, the debts are still owed until paid in full.

You mean "share holders" that Brian Royce said he was there to protect? Well, they still have shares in Epik Holdings, Inc., which I'd normally say is worth nothing but since Epik Holdings Inc is probably worth about -$10,000,000 the precise answer is less than nothing.

In short: words rather than actions from @Braden Pollock, who refuses to give clarity. Even though he has been asked for it several times now.

Ah, yes. That’s from the same old playbook. You must be a preferred customer to get on the list. 😊 I gave them my Support PIN over 24hrs ago, and no reply.

I'm definitely not a preferred customer :) . I'll give them till ICANN gives an update on their registrar status. After that I'll just go for a chargeback if they don't deliver.

There's nothing prohibiting them from delivering the domain. Unless:
a. They don't have the funds to pay the seller.
b. They don't have full control of the registrar.

Epik LLC is just another money grab.

After all the Hacks, insane lives streams, admitted lies about products and serivces, ponzi schemes and other financial crimes very well documented at this point who in their right mind would want to keep the brand, EPIK? No one. That's how I know Rob Monster is the owner of Epik, LLC. Only Rob Monster is so insane, self deluded, arrogant and narcissistic to think that is a good idea.

I don't see how that prohibits them from delivering the domain you ALREADY PAID for???
If they took your money and misspent it, that is their issue, not yours.
You paid for the domain and when you contacted them they didn't cancel the transaction (oh, mixup since companies changed), so you should get the domain promptly.

ICANN is lame and corrupt. Troll them hard.

Interesting...since the ICANN symbol was proudly displayed the entire time on the site...I think I've even got an email from a 'big wig' from back in the day saying how that accreditation means my money is/was safe...means they might share in the responsibility of getting my MB freed.

Yeah, good point. You should remind of them of that in a formal letter. Allegedly, Brian did some backdoor deal with someone at ICANN down in Mexico and some event to stay off shut down. I think it was in Jan of this year.

Toki.com was one of Epik‘s subsidiares:
i wonder if they have sold it?
It leads to a DAN $125,000 BIN lander.

I now associate Toki more with:

I contacted the new @Rob Monster about my Masterbucks money, they said (They did this transition in order to scam users!), When I used epik escrow service to sell my domains it's Epik LLC that stored my winning on MasterScam:

We hope this email finds you well. We are delighted to announce that Epik.com, the platform you know, is now under new ownership by Epik LLC.

Epik LLC is committed to continuing the excellent services and features that you have come to rely on at Epik.com. Our team is dedicated to providing a seamless experience and ensuring that you have access to a wide range of valuable resources and support.

As part of this transition, we did not however, acquire masterbucks in the sale of Epik Inc. Epik LLC, the company that acquired many of the assets has no plans to use Masterbucks or any similar currencies. All inquiries concerning Masterbucks should be directed toward [email protected].

Oh, wow. Epik LLC communicated with their customers. How novel...

The past 10 months have been challenging at Epik. We're sorry for any inconveniences and frustrations that some of you may have experienced. The Epik domain platform is now under new ownership and management and moving forward we're committed to providing enhanced services and experiences for all Epik LLC users. To learn more about the transition, please read our press release.

We're contacting you to provide a service update relating to service expectations in the near future:
  • All primary TLD registries are fully funded, ICANN has been made whole, and we are finalizing relationships with a handful of smaller ccTLD registries.
  • We're working with ICANN to solve any outstanding issues.
  • Our support team is up and running and working through a large volume of existing inquiries. We're answering emails in 1 to 2 business days. We're answering nearly all calls in real time. Overnight chat support will be back online next week.
  • In-store-credit can be spent in the online account.
  • We are making some large changes to the websites, our client account, and the admin portal. As a result, some things may not work as expected. For example, Daily Diamond deals and NameLiquidate are currently under maintenance.
  • The new Epik support team is here to help! If you tried to contact us before June 5th and you have an urgent matter, we ask that you reach out again.
If you're having troubles with any part of the system, please reach out to our support team. We are committed to solving your problems! We appreciate your patience as we strive to provide an excellent domain experience.

They've ignored me totally now. No further reply to my support request since a few days ago.
And the really funny thing is that they say in their email that NL is under maintenance, and yet it is resolving perfectly for me today (not redirecting to Epik like it was yesterday). Go figure!

I think it sold in one of those parcels of domains that they sold to an unnamed domainer at fire-sale prices. It's at GoDaddy now.
