I registered bpdir.com in 2007 and turned it into a simple web directory. I have never really promoted it. It uses the paid version of Phpld software. Annual expense only includes webhosting (basic) and domain renewal.
Its monthly earnings through listings fluctuate a great deal. On average, it earns about $30 per month right now. This figure used to be much higher before the Google SE algorithm change.
There are over 100K links, est. 500 visitors per day. I am thinking of developing it now (as opposed to leaving it in its default setup) to increase the quality of the website.
I am interested to know what might be the estimated value of the site? I would appreciate both calculated and opinionated valuations. Thanks.
