In an obvious response to this thread, Domaining.com now has a new marketing campaign, asking "Who's the idiot that said Domaining was not free?"
Guess that would be me/us. On December 30, I posted that Domaining.com was no longer free after receiving an email that my account was closed along with a link to sign up for a new, paid annual membership at $50. So now I, and those who posted their opinions here, are collectively being called an "idiot" now that Francois has been shown the error of his ways.

At sign up it now says that membership is 100% free, and lists the features each free membership now allows, which all seem in response to comments made in the thread linked above, a thread which Francois participated in. The site now lists a $15 annual fee as an optional fee to "Receive new featured domains 24 hours before the others". Fair enough there.
But my point is, even if it is meant to be funny to call us an idiot (which I doubt), it shows a bitter underlying thought process toward those who did not see the value in paying for his site. Just where does this guy get off calling anyone names, anyway? This was all his doing and he only has to thank himself for the rise of competing sites and any damage done to his. If anyone was an idiot throughout all this, it surely was not any of us.
More free advertising for Domaining.com, I know... sorry for that! But I couldn't believe when I saw this advertising on another forum: http://partner.domaining.com/banners/DNF-468x60.gif. That's us he is referring to.
